Here’s one of my favourite music themed case designs. I had so much fun creating the whole thing from scratch in Photoshop. The design features an old vinyl LP record on a very sixties styled record player (just to make a point, as realistic as it may look this is a printed design folks). The date on the center of the album can be personalized to any date you wish, although you would probably need to use the “customize it” function if you wanted to write something longer in that space.

This design is also available in vintage green and blue tones, there’s also a variation on cases for the iPhone 3G and iPhone 4 (this will fit both AT&T or Verizon phones) Some examples shown here…
