Steampunk Dirigible Air Tour T-Shirt
Today’s spotlight falls on my little steampunk themed store
The product I’ve chosen to highlight is my Dirigible Air Tour design on a white unisex t-shirt. The design features a 3D effect airship complete with scantily dressed passenger holding her hat on in the basket below. The fantasy balloon is floating across a vintage world map set against the backdrop of Victorian illustrations including the Eiffel Tower! And of course the steampunk theme wouldn’t be complete without the inclusion of a few cogs and gears for that extra mechanical touch.

Vintage Guitar and Microphone Tees and Gifts
Todays spotlight falls on my
Vintage Guitar & microphone design!
Inspired by my 1963 Futurama guitar, this retro music design is for those that love the music of the 50s & 60s. A nostalgic reminder of the sound of vinyl and rock n’ roll music! I was surprised to learn recently that the Futurama guitar was originally promoted by George Harrison in his early Beatles days, so I now give mine a little more TLC.
The design is created in photoshop using a manipulated picture of my guitar, a vinyl LP record created from scratch using the graphics program and a vintage style microphone created from a 3D model.
Collaged together I then use various blending techniques and effects coupled with digitally hand painted details and highlights, this pulls the whole piece together and creates a hand drawn vintage finish to the entire design.
