Just a quick heads up about my most recent graphics project.
Hiding in the basement of Specialeetees, sitting on it’s own sub domain, is my new graphics site. The site is aimed at providing quality resources for people to obtain graphics that are suitable to use on print on demand sites such as Zazzle, Cafepress etc or for personal printing projects. There are free graphics, a premium graphics store with prices starting at less than $1 and ranging up to limited edition graphics along with mini-tutorials on how to effectively use some of the graphics. So far the feedback I’ve had from both people using the freebies, tutorials and purchasing graphics has been fabulous.
The terms of use for items obtained from the site are very simple…in a nutshell if you take freebies you must put in some work and use them within a creation, the purchased graphics have a little more freedom and can be used “as is” if appropriate in product creation. The full terms for both freebies and purchases can be found on the site, please read them. All graphics are supplied by instant download, in extremely large format and high quality.
To roll out the project I’m currently running an offer until the end of August, so don’t miss out!
I’ve also just added my first “Limited Edition” graphic, Emily a very pretty vintage girl in a very large format on transparent background.
I’ve seen sites that offer limited edition clipart, but the quantities involved can sometimes be up to 1000 units available. Mine will not be limited time offers, but will be truly limited to a very small number sold, such as 20, keeping them pretty exclusive. They will be available for as long as it takes to sell the specified quantity.
Alongside these offers are backgrounds, overlays, embellishments and other fun characters all created in sizes large enough to use on poster and binder size products at Zazzle. Over the coming months I shall be continuing to add more graphics in general, plus creating more special offers; there’ll even be some vouchers issued soon too!
