I’ve just published the first or a series of mini tutorials designed to help Zazzle customers get exactly what they want.
When we as designers use the Zazzle design tool to create products, after a short while it becomes second nature. We sometimes forget that what is obvious to us certainly may not be obvious to customers. Zazzle is way ahead of other print on demand companies with their customization options, but I’m sure many will not know how they can use it fully to create the final product they require.
It’s designed to read simply with clear step-by-step instructions, a real hold your hand type guide to some of the most useful features that customers can utilize; could even be very useful to designers new to Zazzle too!
So customer tip No1 is How to: Move Designs on products found in the marketplace or Zazzle stores. It covers transfering graphics from one side of a product to another, with a specific example of how to take the design off of the front of a t-shirt and relocate it onto the back.
Hope a few of you find this helpful
